We manufacture cutting tools on a subcontracting basis according to the specifications and requirements of our costumers in the medical sector.
TIVOLY Bourges produces a complete range of custom implantology drills. The know-how and technical expertise within the company enable the manufacture of tools with high cutting performance and excellent corrosion resistance.
With a precise description of the requirements, we create technical drawings that are submitted to our clients for approval. After the plans are validated, the products are manufactured according to the ISO 13485 standard.
We have expertise in machining a wide range of stainless-steel grades, which gives our drills outstanding corrosion resistance. Our machinery, which has been continuously upgraded technologically over the past 20 years, allows the production of drills with complex shapes (cylindrical, conical, stepped…).
